Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays enter processing on the next business day. We ship from our partner warehouses.<\/p>\n<h2>Estimated delivery after dispatch<\/h2>\n<p>These times run from the moment the parcel is dispatched, not from the moment you place the order. Carrier delays can occasionally add time, and we cannot control a package once it is in the carrier&#8217;s network \u2014 but we track every shipment and will follow up with the carrier if yours stalls.<\/p>\n<h2>Shipping cost<\/h2>\n<p>Shipping is free on orders over $30. For orders under $30, the shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.<\/p>\n<h2>Duties &amp; taxes<\/h2>\n<p>Price includes US import duties \u2014 no surprises at delivery. You will not be asked to pay customs fees, brokerage charges, or import duties when your package arrives. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay.<\/p>\n<h2>Tracking<\/h2>\n<p>We email your tracking number to the address you used at checkout as soon as your order ships. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, write to <a href=\"mailto:support@voxorl.com\">support@voxorl.com<\/a> with your order number.<\/p>\n<p><!-- voxorl-shipping-detail:start --><\/p>\n<h2>Where we ship<\/h2>\n<p>We ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO\/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. If your address falls outside the area we can serve, we contact you and cancel the order with a full refund.<\/p>\n<h2>Carriers<\/h2>\n<p>Parcels are handed to an international carrier and completed by a domestic US carrier \u2014 usually USPS, UPS or FedEx. We pick the route per shipment based on destination, weight and the service level you chose at checkout, so we cannot guarantee a specific carrier in advance. The carrier and tracking number appear in your dispatch email.<\/p>\n<h2>Tracking<\/h2>\n<p>Tracking information is provided after the order has been dispatched. Tracking activation may take up to 72 hours: until the carrier scans the parcel into its network, the number can show no movement. This is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.<\/p>\n<p>If you have not received a dispatch email within 3 business days of placing your order, write to <a href=\"mailto:support@voxorl.com\">support@voxorl.com<\/a> with your order number.<\/p>\n<h2>Delays<\/h2>\n<p>The times above are typical ranges, not guarantees. Customs inspection, weather, carrier backlogs and peak seasons can add time. Once a parcel is inside the carrier&#8217;s network we cannot speed it up, but we track every shipment and open an inquiry with the carrier if yours stops moving.<\/p>\n<h2>Lost or undelivered parcels<\/h2>\n<p>If tracking shows no movement for 10 consecutive business days, or the carrier marks the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 30 days of the dispatch date. We open a formal inquiry with the carrier. Carrier investigations usually take 5\u201315 business days. If the parcel is confirmed lost, you choose a full refund or a replacement shipment at no cost to you.<\/p>\n<h2>Changing the delivery address<\/h2>\n<p>Write to <a href=\"mailto:support@voxorl.com\">support@voxorl.com<\/a> as soon as possible. We can change the address only while the order is still in processing. Once the parcel is dispatched the address is fixed and any redirection is subject to the carrier&#8217;s own rules and fees.<\/p>\n<p>You are responsible for the accuracy of the address you enter at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once you cover the new shipping cost, or refunded minus the original shipping charge.<\/p>\n<h2>Cancelling before dispatch<\/h2>\n<p>If you write to us before the order is dispatched, we cancel it outright and refund the full amount, including shipping. No return is needed. Once the parcel has been dispatched the standard return process applies \u2014 see our <a href=\"\/de\/refund-returns\/\">Refund &amp; Returns Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Proof of delivery<\/h2>\n<p>Carrier tracking records are the proof of delivery we use, including the delivery scan, the timestamp and, where the carrier provides it, the geolocation of the scan or a photograph of the delivered parcel.
