After 30 days we can no longer offer a refund, but factory defects remain covered by our 12-month limited warranty.<\/p>\n<h2>Condition of returned items<\/h2>\n<p>To qualify for a refund, the product must be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In its original condition, without physical damage<\/li>\n<li>Complete, with all included accessories and packaging<\/li>\n<li>Free of signs of heavy use<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to start a return<\/h2>\n<p>The process has three steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Email <a href=\"mailto:support@voxorl.com\">support@voxorl.com<\/a> with your order number and the reason for the return. We answer within 24 hours, Monday\u2013Friday.<\/li>\n<li>We&#8217;ll email you the return address of the nearest partner warehouse once your return is approved. Do not ship anything before you receive this address.<\/li>\n<li>Ship the product to that address and, if possible, send us the tracking number of your return shipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- voxorl-return-costs:start --><\/p>\n<h2>Who pays for return shipping<\/h2>\n<p>It depends on why the product is coming back. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt: until the parcel reaches the warehouse we cannot confirm its condition, and a return that is lost in transit cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n<p>Original shipping charges are not refunded on this type of return. No restocking fee is deducted \u2014 you get the full product price back \u2014 and we do not provide a prepaid return label.<\/p>\n<h3>If the product is defective, damaged or not what you ordered<\/h3>\n<p>We cover the return shipping and refund the original shipping charge in full. Once we approve your claim we email you a prepaid return label within 48 hours, where our carriers support it in your area. Where a prepaid label is not available, send the product back and email us the postage receipt \u2014 we reimburse it.<\/p>\n<p>You choose the outcome: a full refund or a replacement product. See <em>Defective or incorrect items<\/em> below for what to send us when you report it.<\/p>\n<h2>Restocking fee<\/h2>\n<p>We do not charge a restocking fee. Nothing is deducted from the product price on an accepted return. The condition rules above still apply: a product returned incomplete, without its accessories, or with signs of heavy use can be refused.<\/p>\n<h2>Prepaid return labels<\/h2>\n<p>Prepaid return labels are provided only for defective, damaged or incorrect items, and only where our carriers support them at your address. For change-of-mind returns you arrange the shipment yourself.<\/p>\n<p><!-- voxorl-return-costs:end --><\/p>\n<h2>Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>We issue your refund within 5\u201310 business days after the warehouse receives your return. Refunds go to the payment method you used at checkout. If the refund has not appeared after that window, contact us and we will trace it.<\/p>\n<h2>Defective or incorrect items<\/h2>\n<p>If a product arrives defective or you received the wrong item, email us with your order number and photos of what you received.
