Accepted payment methods<\/h2>\n

When your order is processed<\/h2>\n

Your order enters processing once payment has been successfully authorized, and is normally dispatched within 1\u20133 business days after that. For bank transfers, processing starts as soon as the payment clears in our account, which usually takes 1 business day.<\/p>\n

Duties & taxes<\/h2>\n

Price includes US import duties \u2014 no surprises at delivery. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay; there are no customs fees or brokerage charges when your package arrives.<\/p>\n

When an order is confirmed<\/h2>\n

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed only after the payment has been successfully authorized. If authorization fails, or a payment is flagged by a security check and cannot be cleared, the order is not confirmed and nothing is dispatched.<\/p>\n

You are responsible for the accuracy of the payment and billing details you enter. Orders that fail because of incorrect details are not confirmed, and we cannot recover a payment sent to the wrong destination by a bank transfer you initiated.<\/p>\n

We do not store full card numbers, expiry dates or security codes on our servers. Card payments, where offered, are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout, and only the provider handles the card data.<\/p>\n

What we do not accept<\/h2>\n

We do not accept cash, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or payments from third parties who are not the account holder placing the order. Only the payment methods displayed on the checkout page are available \u2014 if a method is not shown there, it is not accepted, whatever you may have seen elsewhere.<\/p>\n
