Who operates Voxorl
Voxorl is an e-commerce brand operated by CHANG TU INTERNATIONAL TRADE COMPANY LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (Business Registration Number 74419055, Company Registration Number 3190018). The company is the seller and contractual counterparty for every order placed on this site.
We specialise in consumer electronics and AI-enabled devices for customers in the United States and other international markets. Products are sourced from selected suppliers in mainland China — most of them in and around Shenzhen — and shipped from partner warehouses using trackable delivery services.
Hong Kong is where the company is registered because it is the trading and banking hub for this supply chain: it sits next to the manufacturing base, settles in USD, and operates under a legal system our suppliers and logistics partners already work with.

Why Voxorl exists
Shenzhen ships thousands of new gadgets every month. Most of them are noise: rebadged clones, inflated spec sheets, products built to look good in a listing and end up forgotten in a drawer. We started Voxorl to filter that flood.
We evaluate what the factories make — supplier documentation, product samples, and the quality-control procedures that apply to each category — and list the small number of products that survive it. If it is here, it cleared that process.
How we choose
We judge every candidate product against four criteria:
- Build quality. Materials, tolerances, and assembly that hold up to daily use, not just to unboxing.
- Real-world usefulness. The product has to solve a problem people actually have. Features that exist only for the spec sheet do not count.
- Honest specs. We check the numbers on the box. If a battery claim or a resolution claim does not survive testing, the product does not make the catalog.
- Serviceability. We prefer products that can be cleaned, charged with standard cables, and kept in service rather than replaced.
Most products we evaluate fail at least one of these. That is the point of the exercise.
What we promise
- The price you see is the price you pay. Price includes US import duties — no surprises at delivery.
- Orders ship from our partner warehouses. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, and express delivery takes a further 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- After dispatch, US delivery takes 5–7 business days with express shipping or 7–12 business days with standard shipping. Shipping is free on orders over $30.
- Every product carries a 12-month limited warranty and a 30-day return window.
