What to include in your email
To help us resolve your question in one reply, include:
- Your order number (you can find it in your order confirmation email)
- The email address you used at checkout
- For product issues: a short description of the problem and, if possible, a photo or video
Before you write
Many questions — shipping times, duties, returns, warranty terms — are already answered on our FAQ page. Checking there first is usually the fastest way to an answer.
Common requests
- Order status. We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you have not received it within 3 business days of ordering, write to us with your order number.
- Returns. You have 30 days from delivery. Email us first — we’ll email you the return address of the nearest partner warehouse once your return is approved.
- Warranty claims. Every product carries a 12-month limited warranty. Describe the defect and include your order number.
- Cancellations. Orders ship from our partner warehouses. If you need to cancel, write to us as soon as possible — we can cancel any order that has not yet shipped.
