Coverage

Every product we sell carries a 12-month limited warranty, counted from the date of delivery. We test the products we stock, but manufacturing is never perfect — when a unit fails through no fault of yours, we fix the situation.

What the warranty covers

Factory defects in materials or assembly
Components that stop working under normal use as described in the product documentation
Products that do not function on arrival

What it does not cover

Physical damage: drops, cracks, bent parts, broken connectors
Moisture or liquid damage beyond the product’s stated specification
Normal wear: cosmetic scratches, gradual battery capacity decline, worn straps and pads

How to make a claim

Email support@voxorl.com with:

Your order number
A description of the defect and when it appeared
Photos or a short video showing the problem, where possible

We answer within 24 hours, Monday–Friday. If we need the unit back for inspection, we’ll email you the return address of the nearest partner warehouse once your claim is approved.

Warranty and returns

The warranty runs alongside our 30-day return policy. Within 30 days of delivery you can return a product for a refund under the conditions on our refund & returns page. After that, the warranty covers factory defects for the remainder of the 12 months.
