Track your order

How tracking works

We ship orders from our partner warehouses. As soon as your order ships, we email your tracking number to the address you used at checkout. That email is the fastest way to follow your package — there is no separate tracking form on this site.

If you have not received a tracking email

Check your spam or promotions folder first — tracking emails sometimes land there. If there is no tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, write to support@voxorl.com with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. We answer within 24 hours, Monday–Friday.

Typical delivery times

Once shipped, US delivery takes 5–7 business days with express shipping or 7–12 business days with standard shipping. Tracking may show limited movement during the first days of transit; that is normal and does not mean your package is lost.

If tracking has stalled

If your tracking has not updated for a long stretch, or the expected delivery window has passed, email us with your order number. We will check with the carrier and follow up with you by email.

Duties at delivery

There is nothing to pay when your package arrives. Price includes US import duties — no surprises at delivery.
