Shipping
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. After dispatch, express delivery takes 5–7 business days and standard 7–12 business days.
Price includes US import duties — nothing due at delivery. Tracking arrives by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
30 days from delivery to change your mind. Write to support@voxorl.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address of the nearest partner warehouse.
Changed your mind: you cover the return shipping and the original shipping charge is not refunded. No restocking fee either way.
Defective, damaged or wrong item: we cover the return shipping, refund the original shipping in full, and send a prepaid return label within 48 hours where available. Full refund or a replacement — your choice.
