These Terms of Service govern your use of the Voxorl website and your purchases. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in USD and include applicable duties unless stated otherwise. We may correct errors, change prices, or refuse or cancel an order at our discretion. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.
Payment
Payment is processed securely by our payment providers at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Shipping & delivery
We ship to the United States. Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated US delivery is 5–7 business days with express shipping and 7–12 business days with standard shipping. All times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
Returns & refunds
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Contact support@voxorl.com to start a return.

Governing law

The courts of Hong Kong shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable to the customer.
Dispute resolution
Before starting any formal proceedings, write to support@voxorl.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We answer within 24 hours, Monday–Friday, and most disputes are resolved at this stage. If we cannot agree, either party may bring the matter before the courts of Hong Kong as set out above.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that the law of your country of residence grants you as a consumer and that cannot be waived by agreement.
